We offers the following “Best Price Guarantee”. Once you have made a reservation for hotel room through our website and then show us that you could book the same room for the same dates at a lower rate that is viewable to public and bookable on another website, we will match that rate.

Submitting a Claim

Email us at support@eazytour.com

• Describe your Booking ID & Pin Code in the subject line
• Provide the URL of the website where you found the better rate
• Provide a screenshot of the competitor site in which the Room availability, Room Type, and the rates for the required dates of your stay are clearly indicated
• PLEASE NOTE: You don’t need to make a booking at the competitor website, just show us the differences.

Terms and Conditions

1. Our "Best Price Guarantee" applies to confirmed bookings with advanced payment only. You must provide us with your Booking ID and Pin Code that you can see at your booking confirmation in order to make a claim.

2. The following conditions must apply:

• Same hotel
• Same period of stay
• Same Room/Bed type
• Same Advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements (if any)
• Same Cancellation and Amendment policies
• The room must be available for instant confirmation at the time our agents check availability

3. The “Best Price Guarantee” does not apply to unpublished rates, such as:

• Private rates
• Packaged or promotional rates
  Ex.)The room type and rate which can be booked together with Airport Transfer service at eazytour.com.
• Hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package
• Rates that are not available to the general public, which include:

Discounted corporate rate
Group rate or Mice rate
The rate for specific membership holder
The rate for any Loyalty programs

The rate for specific organization or group of individuals and are not applied for the general public.

4. We have the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same hotel, room type, dates, and that it meets all Terms, Conditions, and Claims processing requirements.

5. Our “Best Price Guarantee” cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

6. We reserve the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the “Best Price Guarantee” at anytime. In addition, We reserve the right to suspend the rewarding of our Rewards points (if any) for bookings confirmed under our “Best Price Guarantee”.
